Hack the 360: Complete tutorial on how to backup, modify and flash your xbox 360 firmware

Important: you can break, fudge, kill or maim a perfectly good Xbox 360 if you are not careful so I warn you in advance don’t complain if you made a mistake, the steps described worked for countless people, proceed with caution and make sure you fully understand the process before attempting it.

A friend of mine told me a while ago about how easy it was for him hacking his xbox 360. Now i’m getting one myself tomorrow so I did some research on the subject. I found out it’s not real easy but surely to do for someone with average/high computer skills.
